Many famous artists paint pictures about very prominent issues of their time such as Picasso, Diego Rivera, and Lichtenstein. The political atmosphere will change with the times but historical images carry on. This historical image will be a reminder of tumultuous times of during this century of how a President of the United States survived an assassination attempt by the width of an ear by the direction of a foreign country on US soil. This is my original oil painting of this moment to carry on to the next generation.
